I usually use size 40 (L) or 42 (XL) on shirts, but often also size M (38). If I liked to wear tight clothes, then the L-size would have been good, but when I specifically wanted a loose-fitting shirt. I'm still considering switching to XL, but I'll probably end up with a refund. The shirt was also not as clear pink as in the picture.
